Google recently announced its mobile payment service, “Google payment” which can be used for all online purchases including the products like YouTube, Android play, Chrome and more. The Google payment options connected all these saved payment options in a single interface which app developers can integrate by using a few lines of code.

It allows customers to pay with credit or debit card in their Google account instantly. Google payment will enable users to do secure checkouts. If you are an android user, you can use it for in-app purchases as well.

Google has created a developer doc in which more information regarding how to start with Google payment is mentioned. The best thing is that Google doesn’t charge any transaction fee for using Google payment. Google has partnered with some popular payment gateways like Stripe, Braintree, Adyen, and Vantiv. In future, more payment providers are likely to be added to the list.

The payment method is made as simple as possible, and the API is available worldwide so that any user around the globe can make use of it. Google recent entry into payment system doesn’t end here, they are planning to expand much further in the future. Currently, the Google pay works with Google Chrome and Mobile apps, but changes can happen in the future. Over the coming years, it will be able to other browsers as well.
